Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time
Within 1-3 business days after the order, it is checked, approved and packed. The package is then prepared for transportation.

2. Delivery time Germany: 7-13 business days
Shipping is done via DHL. All delivery times are stated without any customs delays. During peak times such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to the package.

Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer receives an email with a tracking number. The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on "Track your order" in the main menu of our website.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in several partial shipments.

My tracking number is not working
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If tracking still shows no information after a few days, NORTHMARLOW's customer service can be contacted.
