Refund & Return Policy

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal 
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date: on which you or a third party nominated by you (who is not the freight forwarder) took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods under one order and these were delivered at the same time; on which you or a third party nominated by you (who is not the freight forwarder) took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods under one order and these were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract. This can be done by email: SUPPORT@NORTHMARLOW.COM

You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we must refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than 30 days from the date on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract was received by us.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we: have received the returned goods, or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

Note on Return Address: Please note that our return warehouse is located in the USA. You will receive the exact return address after contacting us by email at SUPPORT@NORTHMARLOW.COM. Please do not return any goods without first requesting the return address from us. The costs of international return shipping are borne by the buyer.

You are only required to bear the cost of any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for inspecting the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts: for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for whose manufacture an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive; for the delivery of goods that are likely to spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly; for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market; for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or journals with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts: for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return, if their seal is removed after delivery; for the delivery of goods, if these are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature; for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal is removed after delivery.

Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal – Hygiene Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are generally excluded from exchange and return if they have been worn or tried on:

Bathing and swimwear (bikinis, swimsuits, swimming trunks)
Underwear and bodys
Pantyhose and socks
Shapewear and compression garments

Please note that we cannot accept items for hygiene and health reasons if they have had direct body contact.
